Lodging at PM Park
Within one block you will have at your disposal: Clear Lake's only Marina and Boat Rentals, the Tiki Bar, the 110-year-old PM Park Restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner (who needs to cook!), our private sandy beach, lake swimming, and you are also welcome to fish off our dock. Within a few blocks you will find: Public Boat Launching, Market at Oakwood (the little old-fashioned neighborhood grocery store), Sweet Spot (Soft serve Ice Cream and sundaes) and a laundromat. Just a bit further down the road, and you will find Lake Cycle, Miniature Golf and Clear Lake State Park (Clear Lake's largest public beach).
Hotel Rooms:
Fourteen rooms, some historic and a few remodeled. All our rooms have the same pillow top queen bed, air conditioning and private bathroom. The rooms (11) are just as they were in 1936, when the hotel was built as a dormitory for the visiting guests. Small and cozy, while the remodeled rooms are more of what you would expect nowadays. Each room sleeps 2.
Blue Cottage:
The cottage has 4 bedrooms each with one queen bed with a queen-sized sofa sleeper in one living area and a futon in the lower level. This cottage is unique in that it is two separate complete units in one building, perfect for two families to be together but have some personal space at the same time. Capacity 12.
Apartments:
Each apartment has two bedrooms; they each have a pillow top queen-sized bed. There is a small kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and an apartment-sized stove/oven. There is a small living/dining area along with air conditioning and cable TV. The bathroom has a shower only. The building has 3 ground floor apartments and 3 second-story apartments. The apartments have knotty pine walls and are carpeted.
